In preparation for the 2024 autumn season, we are looking for a group of highly motivated individuals to join us as Seasonal Operators.
You will initially be placed at Stowmarket for a 6 month RHTT placement, then after successful completion could be offered an available permanent role as an Rail Operator at one of our nationwide depos.
This position is great for people wanting to gain operational experience in the rail industry in a safety critical environment, providing exposure to many different roles and people within the business.

Working a shift based roster on a nominal 38 hours per week, a Rail Operator will receive a basic salary of £37,330 per annum when fully qualfied, plus staff benefits.
